Refund and Returns Policy

At Divya Kashi, we strive to ensure that every customer receives the highest quality products made with care and devotion. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Certain products such as opened incense packs, candles, sambrani cups, or dhoop cones cannot be returned due to hygiene and fragrance preservation reasons.

2. Replacement

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • You can request a replacement by emailing us at support@divyakashi.in with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once verified, a free replacement will be arranged or a store credit will be issued.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible.
  • After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@divyakashi.in with your order details.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale or promotional offers
  • Customized gift boxes or bulk orders
  • Used or partially consumed products
